The programme is fully sponsored by the Government of India and is the third batch of Nepali officials to participate in the training. The first and second batches completed the programme in September 2023 and August 2025, respectively.
The training aims to strengthen the officials’ capacity and promote knowledge-sharing on natural and sustainable farming practices. Participants will receive practical exposure to natural farming techniques and exchange experiences and best practices in sustainable agriculture.
The initiative is part of the ongoing India-Nepal cooperation in agriculture and reflects the two countries’ shared focus on sustainable and environmentally responsible farming practices.
