KATHMANDU: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has appointed former Finance Minister Yubaraj Khatiwada the new ambassador of Nepal to the United States.
Khatiwada’s name was recommended by the government as the next envoy to the US earlier in October.
The president, acting upon the recommendation, approved Khatiwada’s name appointed him for the job.
