The ministers said to be close to Nepal Communist Party (NCP) co-chair Pushpa Kamal Dahal and senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal (now co-chair of the Dahal-Nepal faction of NCP) informed of their resignation at a press conference in Singh Durbar.
