KATHMANDU: The nationwide coronavirus death-toll has advanced to 1,840 with eight more fatalities reported on Tuesday.
Globally, 1.7 million people have lost their lives to Covid-19 while over 81 million people have been infected by the novel coronavirus.
Today, 708 new infections surfaced after which Nepal’s total cases of Covid-19 have reached 259,548.
On Monday, seven additional fatalities had been logged which took the country-wide toll to 1,832.
