NEPALGUNJ: Former minister Yogesh Kumar Bhattarai of the Nepal Communist Party (NCP) led by Pushpa Kamal Dahal and Madhav Kumar Nepal has said that the faction is still in favour of party unity.
He suggested that Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli should correct himself for the same.
At a news conference organised by Press Organisation Nepal in Nepalgunj, standing committee member of the faction, Bhattarai, expressed the view that Nepal’s Constitution has no provision of such dissolution of parliament by the prime minister.
Bhattarai argued that there is no need for election in the country at present. He said he was confident that the decision of dissolution of the House of Representatives would be corrected.
