Political analysts had been pointing towards the possibility of Oli resorting to house dissolution as Pushpa Kamal Dahal and Madav Nepal’s faction held an edge over the PM in various party committees.
The recommendation will now be forwarded to President Bidya Devi Bhandari for approval and effect.
