Nepali professional golfer Sukra Bahadur Rai played a forgettable round of 12-over 84 on the third day of the Glade One Masters at the Galde One Golf Resort and Club in Ahmedabad on Thursday.
Rai, who dropped 25 placed down to tied 34 after the second round, further moved 17 places down to share the 51st position with two others at 14-over 158 in the second event under the Professional Golf Tour of India.
Rai had played one-under 35 and three-over 39 in the first two rounds respectively which were played over nine holes each. Rai began the third day with bogey and added two more on the sixth and eighth apart from suffering double bogeys on the fourth and ninth to take the turn at eightover 43. The back nine was no different as Rai faced five bogeys on the 11th, 13th, 15th, 16th and 18th holes.
Rai, who earned full cards from the PGTI Qualifying School last month, missed the cut in the first event, also in Ahemdabad.
