LALITPUR, FEBRUARY 24
The two-day Skill Development Training for Olympians organised by the Nepal Olympians Association began here on Thursday. A total of 40 Olympians are taking part in the programme. Yoga expert Puskar Raj Panta conducted a yoga session for the Olympians, while motivational speaker Rajesh Pandey conducted public speaking course.
Likewise, sports expert Dr Prakash Pradhan conducted a session on sports psychology. Panta and Pandey will continue their sessions on the second day, while sports psychologist Indra Gurung will conduct a session on sports psychology. Earlier, Secretary General of Nepal Olympic Committee Nilendra Raj Shrestha inaugurated the programme. NOA President Deepak Bista hoped the training programme would be helpful for Olympians to share their knowledge and experience to athletes.
